You should have a reason why. Not just because you felt like it.
The whole point of Motm is to find an outstanding person that went beyond and did something helpful within the community. If there are none this month we don't really need to nominate.

Not really sure who to pick. I'll go ahead and pick Defy. In the time he has been mod he has gotten all that he could done.

I don't think he was. he may have been, but I could be mistaken. But still, Thomas still deserved it because he had influenced the change and updates of alot of things on the site, so it wouldn't have mattered.

How would he improve our site, being a nobody? I'm pretty sure he's been staff for over a year... Bottom line, staff needs to talk about if staff can be nominated or not... Just up front conversation yes or no... Forget this maybe shit.

It has already been discussed. Staff cannot be nominated.

Actually I think it was because he contributed to LG like crazy. He use to hold contest even before he was staff.
Also MOM thread showing thomas was nominated but staff aren't allowed to be nominated.
