The skin tone seems a bit to, uhhh it seems..... Well its hard to explain but the skin tone doesn't exactly fit.

Yeah. Cuz that tutorial totally helped. "You find the color then pick it!"

The trouble is finding the right color! I just can't seem to find her skin color....

You should have checked the shading part..
It would help a lot, especially on your art here...
You should make some spots of the hair darker, then after that..
You'll easily find the best skin color for it :)

It's not even done >_> that's what WIP means, it means I'm still doing. I said I STARTED the coloring. You lay down base colors before doing highlights and shadows. Well I do at least...

Wow, that would be hard then..
I can't suggest a thing now, hmmm..
Perhaps ask Tsuna for tips then.? :)

Other than what i have said before, i don't have any idea how to get a nice skin color without finishing the hair first, im still a newbie at those things... -.-

It looks like you have her body twisted. She is facing one way, but the body itself is turned the other way. The elbows are too pointy and needs to look a little baggy like the rest of the shirt. Tat said your proportions are off, which is true they are. Her waist looks way too tiny for those broad shoulders. Her thighs also need a little more work to make them look less flat. Try spacing them out a little and go for a more rounded look.

tl;dr Work on your proportions, making things look less flat, and the natural fall of objects :3
