Your manipulations look moderately cool, but they also make my eyes hurt.
I'd like it if it were more defined and easier on my retina.

I mean, I like what you're trying to do with it, but the image is way too busy and I can't look at it without my eyes hurting.
If it were a little more focused, instead of just. Shooting at me from everywhere it'd be better.
In that picture, I have no idea what the thing in the center is and it looks completely out of place.
It stands out awkwardly due to the difference of tonalities and the rainbow outline. I also don't know what the thing in the bottom right corner is, but it's kind of odd looking too.
I love the thing on the left with the handprint though. If it were just the landscape you've got with that thing on the left, and you toned down the mess by removing either a large majority of the red/purple highlights or blue/green ones it'd soften the image a little to make easier on the eyes. You could keep a few well-placed highlights to keep some of the contrast.
Or something like that.
The logos you've got up are interesting.

If you played how it contrasts even more, and made the highlights brighter while keeping the rest of it soft and toned down it'd bring the logo out even more.
That's what I think.
