New Meta: Aghs Refresher Razor = 5 attacks per second

This seems really broken. ~.~

It takes too long to build to be broken, imo. It's still rarely seen, and when it is the game is so late that it doesn't really change anything. It makes Razor a killing machine, but either Razor was already a killing machine or not much changes. I think it makes Razor more viable as a professional-level hero.

I wouldn't mind trying this out. Not in serious game though, just for lols. I watched a video recently of a refresher on pugna for the nether ward which was pretty effective and funny.
