A few questions

Hi, im still new here and on gaiaonline so i would like to ask a few question that hopefully can be cleared up.

first off, what is a FLW?

2nd how do i make a FLW?

3rd, i just recently made a FLP, but how exactly do i get people to use it?(its a basic login page)
