Anyone wanna tell me how to add a phisher to a thread or something?

Can someone tell me how to add a password phisher to a Gaia thread like i see on there... or post a link and tell me how to use it?........ if you want i guess

One of these have them and they are called Flw, Flp, Fmp.

From what I remember when I used to phish,you:
1. edit the source code of a Gaiaonline page to your liking.
2. Then you change login to post.
3. Change login.php to your php.
4. Make your php list accounts in your txt file.
5. Upload to host.
6. ???
7. Profit.

better make a video tutorial or screens >.< please
