how can i ban da person , i mean when it comes to signin the forms in / send a hacking report / send a scamming report / is there anything i can type there to make them believe , and ban that perosn?

Hack into an account -> Get an expansive or somewhat expansive item -> Gift to person you want banned. If gifts are disabled for them, force gift -> ????? -> PROFIT!!!
