So LG, I might get suspended

So last week, in band class, I was sitting in my chair minding my own business. Not paying attention, I jerked my leg, hitting a girl walking by in the back of the leg, apparently bruising it. She said it was as accident to the officials, I have yet to be called up to be talked to about it. Your thoughts?
