Help please

okay there was FLW somewhere around here in the UG
can someone explain me how exactly to set it up, like accounts , index and etc, im not much into this, that's why im asking for help =\

Oh and how do i put it in my sig, so it pops up in threads? or it cant?

make a account on 110 mb
upload it
nothing special just kinda common sense
once its uploaded all you do is spread it around as a img post and you all set
