Starting Maple Story
Yeah so my boyfriend and I were looking for a game that we could both join together and have something to play until I moved up North to be with him. (gives us something to do together) and so we settled on Maple Story. Neither of us have ever played, I suggested it to him since I've heard people talk about it and what not... any pointers or all for me? Things to expect? do you like it?

its addicting at first
but kinda gets boring at times

its very addiciting until u get stronger cuz EXP

Theres this thing called nexon cash where you can buy clothes or other items from the cash shop and they look better and stuff. But people usually buy to much nx and that wastes all their money so be careful :]
p.s dont buy cash shop items
jsut buy the 2x 4x or 8x or upgrades
and spend other nx on the trade because that includes the things you really need liek clothing armor scrolls etc

Great game in my opinion. Retired from it, but my time there was fun.
One major pointer:
At the beginning of the game, once you leave Maple Island and land on Victoria Island... DO NOT. DO NOT. DO NOT TAKE THE BLACK TAXI.
It'll bring you to a dungeon which becomes like a maze if you're a complete newbie at the game.
