Hate to say it but, any item that is transfered, gifted, given account, or any other way that ends up with you with the item, makes said item no longer legit. So even if anyone had items like this, which they do, there's no way for an item to be legit... If you never want banned, never buy.

Then what would be a suggested price for hacked/botted items?
Should be way low considering the ban-rate, But I dunno.

Unless items are transfered, But that would make them legit anyways.
That's why I'd rather buy singular items than whole accounts haha.

My point is, Gaia makes it very simple to track gifts now. And if they see you as buying something with USD, or non Gaia currency, they CAN ban you. Without warning, without reason, any suspicious activity can cause a ban at Gaia. Welcome to Gaia.
