Ehh, I hate that mode, I like Survivor better.

I created a Fort with impenetrable defenses so those blasted creepers stay away

Took me about 4 hours of getting the materials, and about 3 1/2 hours to build it. I used a really really boring Sunday to build this.
It was the Downloaded version, but I made this on a multiplayer server.

Though, I haven't built much more, other than creating a huge basement under this which is about 4 times the size of the house perimeter, but underground. (Plus it has lava walls ftw)

My creation isn't that impressive. It's just a rather large and empty wooden house connected to the hugest mine ever...

If I still had the save file, I made an underground city. It was beautiful.

I got the idea when I was watching futurama :p

Maybe I'll recreate it.

I have a giant stone house with tunnels leading to the mountain next to it and a mine in the mountain No way for any monsters to get it I just made the whole thing on the lowest difficulty where there are no mobs then after i finished put it back on hard xD Took me 2-3 real days

I'm having issues with my house, I literally built it partially inside of a mountain, and that complicates any sort of guard i want to put around it. I was hoping to make some sort of cactus+water moat around the house, but that mountain gets in the way. Any ideas? aside from removing the whole mountain? My house connects to the main inside that mountain...

Hmm, I'd be able to advise something if I could see a Screenshot of it. Also you could get a dispenser and load it with arrows + redwire and make them shoot when a pad is pressed.
