There used to be a site that I used that had safe, affordable np, but it has since been shut down. Are there any others? :-p

I have been screwed over many times by these sites. Never use NeopointWarehouse. They never game me anything and the apparent Admin is never online to ask about anything.

d2jsp is pretty legit, need forum gold to trade with people though.
