Losing the weight, changing the life.
I remember posting a stupid "fat loss hypnosis" thread in this forum before my hiatus in 2012. After that thread I had gained 20lbs.
I decided to get serious and change my lifestyle 6 months ago. Since then I have lost about 70lbs. I started doing the Atkins lifestyle. (lean meats, veggies, certain fruits and nuts) I am a nature, wildlife, landscape, architecture, and portrait photographer so you could guess the reasons why I needed to lose weight. I used to weigh 350lbs. I am now down to 280--290. Still large, but getting thinner every day. Here are my before and...technically not an after because my goal is 210--220.

You're making a lot of progress and that is something to be proud of. Just be careful of plateauing. It will cause all of that to stop and possibly reverse. Change up your workouts and never do the same thing 2 days in a row if you stop seeing results. Keep it up, and you'll be at your goal in no time.
