Possibly giving away $20 in paypal for any good tips
How do I get the second vein in the back of my arm popped out? its what I most desire and is pretty much my only goal.

above is a pic of what vein Im talking about, im #1 with one vein, #2 is how the second vein looks like if its popping out, ive seen someone with it but had no time to ask him how he got it ):, As much as I work out and lift ALLOT of weights at my high school weight lifting class for 1.5 years, only the vein in my left arm pops why is that?.......also that guy I saw with the 2 veins popped out only had them in his left arm also how weird.

and what work outs focus on your back vein solely? anyone?

I do have the funs and I will gift $20 in paypal to someone thats actually willing to point out some info about this or good tips

Also how do I get both arm with that same popped out vein and not just one?

Genetics, low bodyfat, big muscle in that order.

Good amount of mass on forearms, depending on your genetics everyone has different vein structure for example look at Ronnie Coleman for the most part of knowing him he doesn't have veins in his bicep region but many others such as Jay Cutler..
All in all like Amenze said, low bodyfat will help show veins although you can actually make your veins show by fasting then eating something will large molecules such as ice cream or pizza (some thing like that) the large molecules will make your veins bulge/show more

im also in high school weights of 2yrs so I can relate to what you mean. Alot of that really depends on the exercises that you are doing and the main focus of what part of the muscles you are working out. Typically its lighter weight people that have their veins show just like the people above me have already stated. when you have lower body mass the blood running through your body is a lot more visible.

Hydration and circulation. Drink a lot of water and exercise (pushups and weight lifting and such should target those muscles). It should increase bloodflow to that area.
