Personally I pick ps3, after 3+ years having a xbox 360 and always thinking the xbox rapes the ps3 in everything. I truely was wrong personally everyone who says ps3 sucks just never played it long enough like I didn't.

A couple months ago after meeting one of my good buddies Now, I would go to his house and play his ps3 which at first I thought it was crap and after awhile I got to like it alot more than xbox. Mostly becuase the controls are more cleaner and the ps3 has a dam wireless card so u don't have to pay 100$ for it on ps3.

But currently I cut my xbox sub about 6 months ago after getting a ps3 which in loving it, playing mag and cod4 and also ffxii or w.e


PS3 FTW!!!

I would go with the PS3 if your looking for a sports and shooter console. Although the PS3 is missing some of the game franchises that people praise (Halo), the Playstation has their own franchises that are able to make up for them. The PS3 also one ups the XBOX on terms of the internet service provided. PS3 gives you no recurring internet cost. The Wii is better if your looking for casual or interactive gameplay as most of the sports games are either made childlike (NBA Live 09) or given weird or hard to learn controls (NBA 2K10, Medal of Honor Series).
