What would you tell yourself x years ago if you could travel in time?

So yeah, we've all made mistakes, some of them grave mistakes in our lives, but what if we were given the choice to go back in time and tell your younger self to do/say/don't do ONE thing. What would yours be?
For me I have no regrets because my life turned out pretty awesome and I wouldn't want it to change at all
You're definitely part of a small percentage of the population that feels as if their life has been awesome and complete so congrats. I'd have to tell myself not to play video games until I was out of school, allowing myself to get so addicted and engrossed in video games has greatly affected my grades and how I function in the real world, not saying that this happens to anyone addicted to gaming, just saying that I got myself addicted and didn't pull myself out in time.
I would've told myself in 7th grade to start becoming a nice guy and be opposite of others which was act up, be stupid, and get in trouble and do nothing.

Well the thing was with me, was that as I grew up I never drew myself too far in video games, I did and was able to do what I wanted, I told my mom pretty much anything that went on in my life, I am one of the rare people that can't even steal a bottle of oi ochya(tea) because of how guilty I feel, and if I didn't do and did do what I didn't I think I wouldn't be at where I am now. To be honest there are the things that happened that were bad but I live with them even now and all I can do is try to better what happened.
"Dude, weed is awesome. You gotta try it ASAP."
Also, tips on how to fuck hot bitches that I've learned over the years, like my patented one-liner that gets you insta-layed. And whuld win the horse races.
Regrets are regrets, drunk or not. Either our inaction or action itself caused someone pain/extra work/hassle and we regretted it. Life is about making mistakes and learning from them, trying not to make the same ones as we get older.
but, doing anything when you get angry is sure to have consequences that you might regret when you did it. Killing someone because you got pissed at them won't be helped if you regret it later when in the slammer. Admittedly a bit extreme but....it should fit considering that fact.
Would do what they did in the Back to the Future movie, and I would write a book of teams of all the football games and whn and by what score then go back in time like 1 year and then give it to myself and tell myself that "this would get you rich, just bet on the right team"
goes back in time
"dont do it jimmy" "WTF? whose jimmy?"
"ye....um.... oops your gonna make some bad choices in like 6 years just dont do it ok..." "WTF!"
"you'll understand..p.s. go visit logicalgamers.com now!"

lolzz so ur saying ur going to do something bad in Logical Gamers?
I'd go back to when i was 10 and tell myself
Work out
Eat more
Don't talk shit to random people
teach myself on how to score with chicks
don't be stupid or do anything retarded
mmm i have nothing to say right now, but 1 year from now i would probably travel to this moment and tell myself stop slacking off and study so u dont fail high school.
If I could go back, I would tell myself, stick to football, you will regret it if you don't, you knew it made you happy, even if you are too lazy to practice, just keep doing it, you might be able to get somewhere in life if you keep playing.
I would tell myself to pay more attention in school, so i can actually learn something useful. Id say not to get kicked out of junior high for getting into fights during PE just cause you knew you'd be able to make him tap out...
If I could go back in time and tell my younger self on thing it would be to not be scared to anything :[
I wish I could climb a tree but I can'ts cause I'm to scared to :[
