You can do whatever you want. As long as it's quality worth bannerizing.

Make it as fast as the "internet friends" banner thatgamechiff made and that would be good no?

I think the internet friends banner is too fast.

But I'm looking for the kind of artsy animation speeds you'd see in similar art styles on TV.

Kinda like the outline anmation on the edd ed and eddy cartoon, those graphics are cool
