Is there anyway of getting nx by using PHP?

I heard that you can buy UGC from load central and use it to get nx.
I bought ugc 250, but i don't want to use it right now cuz my ms account is still banned and because i don't have ms in my usb.

i honestly think the only way you could get nx is by hacking an account with NX or legitly buying it. :/
any other way is unknown to me.
