Surveys are for gaia to make money, as they only have to pay gaia cash in return. If you think about it, it is a very clever way to generate cash.

Reasons why the cash isn't granted:

You have some sort of adblocker that stops them from delivering the cookie needed to verify that you did it.

You didn't complete the offer all the way

They fucked up. Simple as that.

OR

they had to give your cash to Chuck norris instead

Gaia cash is stupid. well it's not just the shit you have to fill out to get it. It's a good way to earn items and gold but getting it's a bitch. I do use fake information but once they find out that that information you used is fake you = Ban
