People hack to get rich fast. But in doing so they also get a Ban fast going for them as well.

The point of this thread is to convince at least some of you that what you're doing is bullshit.
You don't deserve to steal someone's shit just because they were dumb enough to fall into your trap.

Phishing and Fake Login Windows are technically the same because you are still Phishing to get accounts. Just because you are not using a Fake Login Page does not mean you are not phishing. You can use a Fake Login Application and still Phish. Same thing.

Most people scam gaians because they've been scammed/hacked before.
So we take out our anger and frustrations on other Gaians.
Well...i can't really talk for everyone, but thats how i feel.

Is mostly true. However through people *cough* "hacking" *cough* Gaia it's also help improve security for others. For example they finally made people use numbers and letters in there passwords after a while thus harder to use crackers. They improved packet security. Not really. But ya. They added captcha because of bots and shit. etc etc. Still bad to steal something that isn't yours. Bet you could get charged if you steal someones account that buys gaia cash.

when i got hacked, i bought a bundle of a rig via credit card and i got hacked, good thing it has that 7 day lock thingy and the mod's resolved my case before that 7 day expired

I don't think many users here even care, to be honest.

Key reasons people do it:

-Boredom
-Laziness to earn their own gold
-A past experience[a scamming/hacking/cracking of their own]
-Or they just don't give a shit.

Honestly, I do it because I feel like it. Yes, the emotional factor has played in a few times, but it goes away. Some people get a buzz out of being able to manipulate people.
How I 'hack' is I conversate with the user for a while[and in some cases sadly, befriend them] before actually making a move. Other than that I post windows in very active spots.

You have to take into account that a lot of people here are different in real life. For the people here who do have lives, they come here with a different personality. And maybe something from real life plays in too. Who knows. My point is, what people do on here, they don't really take it back with them into RL, unless its USD LOL

Wow....I not only miss my old LG account....I miss the old LG. From the looks of this forum, some of you have gone soft. Let's just call it what it is, really. The Gaians out there who are foolish enough to follow free gold/item banners, those who believe us when we say that we are a GM and that they need to give us their lor in info, and those are foolish enough to fall into phishing/scamming traps. We're looking for vindication, and since it happened to us we know that there are more out there who will fall for it.

I don't use FLP's any more...FFPS is the only way to go. that way you can grab all of their alts too. However I do draw lines. Before I mess with a victim's account, I look through it. If they seem to actually be struggling through Gaia instead of using mommy and daddy's money to get everything I leave it alone. Those who are just blowing their parent's money on a past time are fair game. They get everything else in life. So in turn, I show them that sometimes life sucks.

I hack them, but usually don't take their belongings, but I do make sure they never see their accounts again.. They get to wake up every morning, get on the computer and try to login to gaia because of a habit, then go search up their account and see how much work has gone to waste over the years. It isn't about the gold most of the time, but the pleasure of being cruel to someone else, the only difference is we are all good at making people miserable on specific sites, so we do it. Most of us sell the gold, but there is a couple of us who are just plain mean.

Well they really need to pay attention maybe maybe its acceptable if its from YT MAYBE. But at some point you become responsible for yourself to read the rules and if they give you the link off gaia the giant warning that pops and all the rules I must see it 4 times out of 6 that I click to go to a different gaia tab "Don't give your password away." And yes entire court cases for millions of dollars have been won and lost on what I've said. Besides like I always say Lie cheat and steal your way to the top basic business. They aren't customers they're competitors! But like you said we can have our opinions so I wont crucify your way cause honestly think the way you want to and leave me to my way. I meen I don't do it because I was hacked/scammed (Don't get me wrong I was ) But gaia fucking cheated me. They banned me no proof no nothing I was 100% legit at the time. And yes i'll admit I am a skiddie but I try to give back with my money. If LG had a premium I would totally be all over it. xD

its just a game there are loosers and winners the winners are the hackers and the loosers are the hackers cause they get banned ^^

Think of it this way: If they don't learn that phishing is a threat while they're on a small gaming website, they're going to end up learning it when they lose their SSN to a fake bank later on.

You have an unknown memory corruption vulnerability and you have examples of two attack vectors, one that uses a dll not normally loaded in a browser to bypass DEP by way of return-oriented programming and you have another sample which uses the browser directly as a heap spray but has no DEP bypass. To DEP bypass would leave you open to ASLR. Neither of the files from either sample will work with the other and you need to somehow bypass ASLR AND DEP simultaneously and you need a universal method to do so on all windows versions. What do you do? I cannot say more for you all may catch on to wat we're doing and patch yourselves.... but thats not the important part, comrade. I remember whenever someone scammed me back when I'd just returned. I'd been rusty. By the way, you can't hack Gaia, you scam/phish/whatever. There used to be a way to actually hack Gaia but they fixed it.

Plus, that rush of power you get when you know you've gotten into someone's account; great.

I dont' think it's okay, and I know it's not okay.
The reason I do it is because I know they wouldn't help me if I was in there situation, so what have I to lose?

When i was on this site a year ago, it was fucking thriving of FLPs,FMp,FFPS. Its quick gold if you know how to transfer right you wouldn't get banned. Also, if thier stupid enough to fall for it (after about 45654 warning about you are now leaving gaiaonline.) they deserve to get hacked.

Since when does 'Logical' mean Hacking? This is a forum about logical gaming, and you aren't doing a very good at the logic part when you think that FLP's and FLW's are hacking....
