I never see any available offers on gaia cash earning page. What's up with that?

The offers are country specific.

Wherever you live has no offers.

The most common place for offers is the US

If you'll do that, use Italy.
It has great offers, can make 2 mill LEGIT in 2 hours if you have enough emails.

Your country doesn't have any offers. Use a proxy and make a new account with a different country. U.S. has a lot or like Oharo said, Italy.
