I hacked a 115M account, and sold off the items bit by bit, and i traded to a mule, then gifted to the buyer, that was pretty safe back then.

You're all wrong. use a proxy and Make a thread saying "GIVEAWAY" or "IM QUITTING".. "one lucky person will get my s***" then guess what... post with the account you want to recieve the item and have them 'win'
What crank said. Just do that with a giveaway or stuff.
Exchange is alot more time consuming but I think its safer.

Whatever said and done, the safest method is by rounds of gifting for very active accounts, all done in separate stages by proxy if possible. No method is completely safe though. There are a few money laundering tricks by selling them off bit by bit and sending the profits to other accounts, but they are quite time consuming and leave behind extra evidence.
Middleman would be the safest way here on this site.
