You need a host website, first of all.
And that code may not work anymore, since it's from 2011.
edit; I guess it does work, judging by people posts from this year

I use 000space like Use said above. Its quick for me to setup.

i made the site but idk how to put the files on it

Like I said on your other thread you have most of it setup but now just hide the account txt because I found it easy.
