if your not him, ive been kicked into a race with no one in it, someone was able to do that to me long after all clients where patched ( this was like a 8 months ago ), dont know who that person was because I couldnt find him anymore, all i know is that I was trolling around and ended up getitng kicked
i saw a client, didn't check much into it. i know the wpe way. asking if that still works. or if any clients work
not that i know of, most clients are loaded with trojans now

What are you talking about, I released a guide to making a Towns bot/client in the guides section and a client with source in the Public Programs section. All you would really have to do to make it work for Rallies is changing the server IP and update a few of the packets. I've given you all the tools you would need to be able to do anything with Towns 1, which is a direct gateway to being able to do the same to Towns 2, Rallies etc.

If you do find a way to make a kicking bot or client for rally ill pay u $25 for it xD
It's incredibly simple to force a restart on the Towns servers, or kicking users but it's not something I'd like to actually have people capable of without learning it on their own. All handing that kind of stuff out creates is a bunch of people annoying me in Towns trying to act like King of Shit.
