What would be the best way to go about this? Brute-force?
Or would i need some sort of exploit?

Oh,that's most likely going to cost real currency. Also If i were to go about recreating an email account how would i do so?

well usually when people so they recreate the email wouldnt it mean having the same screen name? but doesn't the email site more than likely say the username is already taken?
