Everyone's flipping out.
There were these things called "Flynn's Booty" they gave out random amounts of gold. some people got like. 25M and some.
I was terribly unlucky. But it caused a gold inflation.
Cash shop had wings in them.
For 500$ worth of GC.
Also alchemy bundles.
So some of the level 10s and phil. cache makers are leaving.
A lot of people are leaving.
I got 500k the other day from someone that was leaving.

Nothing much new recently, Gaia's doing what they've always done:
Make stupid ass fucking decisions which piss of most of their userbase.
It's just that recently, these decisions are mainly based off greed, all ze $$$'s.
Gaia's recent releases have caused hyper-inflation, making sure it's even harder for you to legitimately earn items which aren't actually shit.
In exchange, because of this they can pretend that some of these 50mil hyperinflated items are actually worth a lot of money.
Which leads on to the next new 'habit' of Gaia:
Flash sales.
You'll hear about 'em in the announcements, dev alerts and possibly even your own Inbox!
Sales is a word used lightly, hell even half jokingly due to the insane prices of the items.
"Hey, you know that 75mil item that's only that price due to the hyper inflation we've caused? Well we're selling it for an amazing bargain of $500!
"
And other things I can't be bothered to explain.
Also any new games that get released I believe will follow their recent one in the fact that you can join in tournaments by paying cash to win gold.

It is, and after I said that, they came out with a 'loyalty' thing.
They made super high priced gold items in the Dernier C. shop that were 03 recolours.

I literally died a little inside when I saw the purple/blueish devil tail thing (im not exactly too sure since I'm personally more of a person that likes white items) but anyways that's really shit what they did..

Probably. They've been fluctuating anyway due to the re-release of the angelic halo.
Then the sweepstakes which had a grand prize of : whatever gaia item you want.
Then the recent halo giveaway for the new game smashblox.
People think that 03's are a terrible investment now due to the possibility of a re-release.
Hell most people think that about everything now.
Spend 50mil hoarding an item with potential long term profit? Nope. Not anymore.
It'll be re-released sometime down the line and lose all its value.
