Is a fishing bot ever a good idea?
The last time I got banned, (and subsequently quit for 2 years) was for using a fishing bot. However, I was so tame with it, it leads me to believe it's not worth it to use one at all. I never let it run by itself, I always went very slow and only used it when I was actually there monitoring it as if I was playing it.

Fishing bot usually resulted in a ban..
And currently there isn't one that I am aware of also.

That's what got my first main account banned, but I used it very lazily and just let it run.

Dont think so...its one of the best reason why gaia accounts were banned :D

every single one of my accounts banned has been because of a fishing bot, i think its mostly because of the leaderboards

ive been using it all day...between 6 seperate accounts,ive already made more with this than anything else lately...

is it actually possible to use the catch last button more than say 2 or 3 times in a game,and have your fish be saved? i've tried and every time i check my inventory they aren't there...they were rare too =(

You can't do rare fish that way IIRC because they're not done the same way as the normal fish, it has something to do with the server.

But I'm telling you those fishing bots are bad news bruh bruh.

lol,thx but ill take my chances...its not like im stupid enough to bot on a main account or anything,the accounts im using have no connection to eachother what so ever so that should help as well,the only thing i didnt do as a precaution is hide my ip,so they could get to my other accounts that way i guess,but i really dont care that much...the odds are unlikely that they will ban my mains anyway(at least less likely than they would be if i were completing many trade requests between accounts with massive amounts of botted gold/fish.

im fairly confident to say in the least,and if i do get banned...then oh well. Life will go on.

Like everything i download here, i'll be sure and keep it to myself if you don't want more people to have it.

EDIT: Since it is your project and all,do u know why i cant get the catch last button to work? i mean it works,it gives me the fish,but once i save they aren't in my inventory. just curious,it suits my needs without that function.

I'll take a look at it, usually it does that if you use it too often. If i remember correctly if you have more than a certain number of lets say large fish it wont save it.

Also, i released this to the forum here, i really don't care if you give it out.

EDIT: I just tested it and it saved my fish i used catch last to obtain. I used it once on 3 different types of fish. You may be over using it.

Uhm, I'm not going to argue. And you called yourself out on the exploit. I never even looked into it I was seeing if it would make money. Nobody owns any exploit so don't say somebody else's exploit, although had I done it I'd of tossed you profit from it. You're just still mad I released the gaia cash exploit when I found it. Get your head out of your ass. I've been here very little time, over time my contributions will continue. I ain't doing too shabby for now.

I actually appreciate the contribution. Not going to use it obviously, but yeah good job on the contribution.

Regardless my distaste wasn't exactly aimed towards you, I just have hatred for people who rip stuff off of other users then act like they are better than said user they ripped stuff off of. When btw they hardly ever contribute shit. J/S

Not really it's really easy for you to get banned from doing that since they keep logs and if you're on all night and also in a room by yourself locked you might be banned so i wouldn't do it to risky.

@Kitsune , i filled some buckets using your program,but after few buckets it stopped to transfer fish to my inventory even after saving.

I'm pretty sure the bot is old and Gaia updated a few things, you might wanna stop using that or you'll just be getting the banhammer.

i'm not a moron,i use a mule that has no trade connections or something like that with my main and i use a proxy when logging in to that account and botting

besides that,my main is shit,too
it worths like 300k and that means nothing now thanks to inflation

First, I didn't state that you were a moron.
Second, I'm only saying that the bot is old.
Third, I'said Gaia might've updated/patch fishing.
Fourth, I'm just telling you to stop using it first.
