How to safely transfer gold from a shady account to another

Not really any "safe" ways that I'm aware of.

Use the marketplace to buy it from/to
Hacked golds or bot golds will be flagged automatically if it is being suspected I believe. So if you traded to an account that has a flagged gold. Then you will be flagged as well.
What I could imagine is posting up an item and having someone buy it with GC instead of just buying with gold would be safer.
the market place is probably your best bet, maybe having it go through another account in between would help? Idk I don't know much about how gaia looks at these things so take what I say with a grain of salt
