I have a Question,can you transfer items from a ban account to another account?

I got a ban account from gaia along time ago, and i was wondering if there a way to transfer all the items to the new account

Nope.

I don't think there's anyway to transfer your items from a banned account but you could try your hand at contacting the Gaia staff about restoring the account. That would depend on what you were banned for and how long ago it was though.

I recently tried contacting them about an account I had about 10 years ago. I made up some story about wanting to get in touch with my friends on there and they seemed open to the idea of restoring the account for me until they saw why I was banned. I mentioned to them that I did some light phishing when I was younger trying to use the honesty card and they weren't too bothered by that but their archives suggested that I did a fair bit more than a little phishing so they ended up saying no.

Basically the answer is no. There was a website few years ago that offers unban but I do not think it will work lol.

hahaha, that's way too cute. 'a little phishing'. i used to get banned ALL the time on websites because i was 12 and not quite yet 13, and would be very loud and proud~*~*~ about it. a bit stupid of me
