Microsoft Repair?

So that you dont get mad for it being broken. You have something in return of it getting mad. Also so that youll get attracted to live after the month you will buy more live. AKA they make more $$$.

Think that's all they send with it is the free 1 month of xbox live . My friend said he got 1600 microsoft points for sending in one of his broken ones once. I think he's lying. Then again they probably send you the one month to make up for the time that your xbox was gone.

If he sent in an arcade they might have thought he didn't have any memory device. Or they just ran out of cards.

My friend spencer sent in an arcade and also got a memory card thing.

thats strange. i sent mine in last week and only about a week later they send me a replacment unit with the xbox live 1 month free card. then send me emails about the one they have of mine. here is the ironic part. my unit survived till now and it was from the very first units off the line. also they are not reliable in some aspects. i read 2 articles before 360 came out with 2 differnt statments from microsoft. one said "all xbox games will be backwords compatible. realy? how come i got 3 that are not listed. the other said "some xbox games will be backwords compatible. we will continue to update the list till all are compatible." realy? then why hasnt the list updated lol?

Plus it is good to assume that the person's Xbox 360 had Xbox live. Meaning they used time of your Xbox live. They are just trying to be fair.

So obvioulsy you send in an arcade get a memory card but he sent it in 2 the second one did not get a memory card he got xboxlive card i think im just going to send it in anyways xD get free stuff Lolz

Usually people give you free things to keep you loyal. Not just in the console gaming section.

I'm pretty happy with the xbox slim, so I give them kudos for their xbox repair services. P.S. you can go down to a computer store and have them repair it for 30 bucks.
