What service provider do you have? most cell companies keep customers data (address book and such) on backup so if anything happens they can reload everything back to your phone. Give them a call or stop into their store and they can help you out.

i went to the store before i did everything i went to the store and the guy was a dick he wouldnt even get my phone updated he asked if i had a usb handy and i said no.... hell its a fucking phone store he could have opened up a box and got one out and put it back .. its that easy but he was a dick about it
