I'm half thai, so I decided to do something within my heritage.

Thai style sauteed chicken[seared on the grill and previously marinated], with onions, shitaki mushrooms, garlic, and a tangy tomato based basil, soy sauce, garlic and a hint of lemon juice. All over freshly cooked, white long grain, Thai jasmine rice.
The basil is Thai basil, and it was also used as a garnish. My grandma planted them in the backyard during her visit out here.
And for dessert,

A Fudge and Milk Chocolate glazed Eclair with Coconut citrus whipped cream filling. Powdered sugar on top too.

Altogether, this took me like 2 and a half hours, if not more. I hope you can enjoy[visually] the fruits of my labor. [The pepper on the entree's plate is just a garnish.]

Thanks! I'll post more if I have to.

EDIT: The two chips in the entree are just two asian shrimp chips for a garnish.
And the joke about blowing you all out of the water was in fact, just a joke.[/visually]

Yumm. :D

Ignore the ramen cup, that was my lunch. >____> and no, the noodles are not ramen. Its Linguini[its pretty obvious its not ramen but some idiots might think so]

The sauce is made with heavy cream, 3 cheeses[Asiago, Mozzarella, Parmesan]Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Crushed tomatoes, Sweet Basil, red wine, egg[inspired by the dish Pasta Mama I saw on Best Thing I Ever Ate]butter, lemon juice and a hint of vinegar. It also has fresh crab meat in it.

This took me only an hour and it tasted really good. ^^

A pasta dish using angel hair pasta. The sauce is made with grilled lobster tail meat, sweet basil, cream, 3 cheeses, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, a bit of onion powder, and some secret ingredients. Served with a poached egg. :]

Before you ask--No, it is not burnt, its just the herbs and the lighting lol I promise.
Baked spaghetti noodle alfredo with sundried tomatoes, garlic, A mix of cheeses and my own wine/cheese sauce I came up with.

I worked hard and I hope it looks decent. ^___^

Lol, it's ugly. But it is a small piece of pan seared black fin tuna. I did this as a joke to my father for demanding we hurry up in the kitchen with his food. He insulted me as a chef. So I threw a piece of this tuna that was marinated in Sherry, sesame seed oil, lemon juice, soy sauce, and garlic, and coated with hoisin sauce on a plate. Was looking for something to garnish it with, and all i could find was a little lettuce and New Orleans style olive dressing. Threw that on there and decorated the plate with some more hoisin sauce.

Thomas forced me to enter. Well more like demanded it when I said I was cooking. :P

A basic French Clafouti made of apple, blackberries, and strawberry. A French clafouti is a custard like dish made of flour, sugar, egg, and milk, with layers of fruit baked inside of it (apple in this case). The garnish on top is blackberry and strawberry topped off with a little cinnamon/nutmeg mix.

It's best served with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream, but i didn't have any D:

In this picture, the raw brisket after sitting overnight in its dry rub. Propping up the paper towel sign is a bottle of Shiner Black Lager, which will be used in the beer mop. I'll keep ya updated.
