My sent messages folder is broke

I tried to send a message and got this :
You have reached your stored private message quota and cannot send any further messages until space has been created.

I tried to empty my sent folder and got this:
Sent Items contains 0 messages. You have 240 messages stored, of a total 200 allowed.

Help pls?

Yeah but i have deleted all of my posts ._.

Did you delete all the messages in your inbox as well?

Yeah. I have checked everywhere
