My Children <3

The first one is my pride and joy, but the 5th one is winning me over quick. I'm going to have more added to the family soon. <33

Actually I held MAC knives today. Super light, REALLY Sharp. Ideal for my hands, since I have small ones. Top of the line. Nothing compared to my Mercer Knives. I have a hard time gripping them. Which caused me to almost take off my fingernail.

I am jealous.
Next year I'll be taking classes, but nothing as fancy as a culinary institute. Yay technical college cooking school.
I am pretty sure we get a nice knife set though

Shun are just like Mercer to me, nice but a little bulky.
I just have small hands ._.

They get the job done, I've only used their French Knife & utility knife though. Have yet to try out their boning knife or serrated slicer.

My nail is cut into, it's freaking annoying me >.>;
It would hurt to cut it off completely, but fuccck it needs to go; keeps catching on things. I'm slowly cutting it off at the moment, but the further I get on it the more it hurts.

Get some duct tape and just wrap what you have off then rip it off really fast. you might need paper towels and a bandaid, but it will get the job done.
