Where can I find the chatbar? D:

I'm using google chrome and I can't see it. D: (But I can see it from another computer with Google Chrome.) Haaalp.

I just switched to the minimal theme after logging in and out.

Nothing, just standard chrome.
Using minimal lay out atm.
