I would like to point out the obvious. LG's quiet. If not, dead. Exactly what time does the site explode with randomness and/or stupidity from other users? I think I've just participated in two or three threads today.

Junkyard has lost people that complain usually about how hard life is, how their partners broke up with them, how LG is treating them badly and how school sucks and the Adult section isn't getting too much attention. Is it because LG is originally a community for graphics artist, hackers and scammers and not for under aged, testosterone/estrogen driven, perverts?

It's first thing in the morning bro. Garfield is on Cartoon Network, Everyone's at work, and Everyone's at school. A few people duck in and out during the day, but it doesn't start getting active until everyone gets out which is later tonight.

9am... There's too many people here that are CHILDREN, they're in school. I for one, and along with much of the staff and more "mature" people here, have work...(or college). 9am is... well... work time.

How old are you? I thought you were still in highschool? I can't have a job in the morning because im a senior and have school. But I might be getting a job that pays 13 an hour, 40+hours a week. Working from 10pm 6am.

I'm 20. Fresh out of tech school and high school. Started a job two weeks ago making starting pay $12 an hour. Soon I'll be making at least double that when I get on commission(in a few months)

Wow holy shit LG isn't active when people are at school and work and stuff? Well that's news to me, I thought we had the 50k members we had in o9', or the bots and programs and stuff that hadn't been patched yet. What a wake up call. Honestly, the reason why LG goes AFK is because people do have lives, and its not all about just advertising and shit like that, its about taking the initiative to do something about it.

Want to start some graphics activity? Hold a contest, or start a discussion with questions you have about it. Writing a story? Post some ideas in the appropriate section that you've been throwing around. Want to learn how to program, or teach someone how to program, ask questions and answer them. Activity isn't hard to start, but when all people do is kill morale and complain, it makes it harder to do that.

Usually commission is the company's way of fucking you over by making you work the hard calls, I'm a technician, so yeah. I'll get fucked over first month(or year) I'm on commission, but money's money, I don't have bills, I live with my parents because it's fucking free, I have two vehicles, one is a replacement for when the first one shits(or when I take it out of commission at the end of May, when tags are due), I'm being quite self sufficient right now... Money doesn't matter right now.

Yea, for working, and having no bills except for gas and insurance, that adds up fast. That's what I was hoping to do, but I have to pay $400 a month to my parents if I want to keep living here, but that covers, phone, room, food, I guess.
