Considering I'm having monthly screenings (doctor recommended it) i've sort've accepted it as inevitable.

Damn. I know cancer can occur anywhere, but I've never even heard of bone cancer. At least you're getting monthly screenings, so I'm assuming it's caught early. I'm sorry to hear that.
