Soon to be built Sr20det
Just bought my sr20det for my 1990 Nissan 240sx, going to be boosted at 15-20lbs on a gt30 with tomei cams and greddy intake manifold with a top mount turbo manifold. Full fmic.

She's gonna be a fast one.

I don't like cars. They never feathered my jimmies, ruffled my knickers, or twisted my fancies. I just want good gas mileage.

27mpg at 5lbs boost.(:

Yeah, that's pretty low. I get 36, and I'm pretty happy about that; but it could still be higher.

Dude holey fucking fuck. Someone on LG that knows about cars! :D

I'm thinking about getting a Nissan 240sx for drifting. All the other nice Nissan S-Chassis drift cars are illegal in the U.S. and cost ~$40,000 to make street legal, so I'm not going for those.

What are you gonna use yours for? Drifting or just racing?

It's going to be set up for drifting, I'm building the motor to handle boost, it will handle 10lbs on stock everything. Which Is enough to drift with. But im going a little further so I can beat sti's. It's an expensive hobby to get into. My build is estimated around $5000 just for the parts for the motor, and that's not including a standalone or fully built bottom end. The 240sx anywhere from 1989-1999 are great cars to drift with. S13 chassis come in hatchbacks and coupes, and are years 1989-1994. They come stock with a ka24e or ka24de. The s14 chassis is 1994-1999+ these are all coupes and are a lot more expensive to build. There's a lot of cars that drift out there, so just look around. If you can't afford a Nissan go with something else.
