People are too lazy to click the rep thing. +rep.

Stapled, people would because it's a competition. I won Taz, btw. I remember, I had more, biotch. :P

I think they removed it because it was one of the extensions that was allowing people to hack us, because it had vulnerabilities or something like that.

I don't think Thanks is exploitable, but it is just a shittier version of the rep system. Plus it's too specific. It'd serve much better to be a Like button.

I don't understand why people just can't press the Sherrif's Star-looking button at the bottom of every post, then click "I approve", and then click OK to add to a person's rep. Why do they need some other, just-as-findable button to do it?

Because that shit gives people like 15 rep and you could only give 1 time per like every 5000 days.

On top of rep limits (which should be severely decreased), rep isn't public like thanks. That's the only benefit I can really think of, though.

It also is something that old LG users are used to now. It's just for the sake of being comfortable on lg again.
