What level education do you have?
I'm 6 hours from my Bachelor's, so I'll just say that.

Linear Algebra sucks, btw. Hate, hate, hate it. If you want into mathematics, I'd suggest calculus. Easily the most fun branch of math.
Linear is useful for programming, so I hear, but it is really hard to grasp. To an extent, I'm not sure it's possible for humans to grasp the concepts. You generally develop a concept about 2 or 3 dimensional mathematics, then just change the dimensions. When working with larger matrices, you are essentially doing math in dimensions the human mind can't fathom. You can just know that the math works, which - at least for me - isn't enough.

Bitchin' focus though. I wouldn't mind an economics major. But I hear a Bachelor's in Business is worthless. At least you're going into a grad program.
i.e. easier than a math minor

Bachelor's in Business is worthless, well just about anything is worthless. Tech degrees seem to do ok if you are top of the class. It's kind of stupid. You almost need a master's at this point. Placement out of college is pretty horrid. Can't even parley internships into jobs since there are so few paid ones. I'm considering going for a law degree as well.

Going for a double AAS in Network Administration and Comp Sci, then getting an entry level position in networking/IT to pay for school to get the money to transfer to a 4-year university to make that Network Administration into a Bachelors.

My goal at the moment is to get my doctorate in psychology.
But I just keep debating if I have the motivation to take it that far...
Imakuni you've gone to school for psychology, give me some advice.
rry about until after you get your Bachelors and go for the PhD. You'll probably take some classes on them in your Bachelor's, but it's more of a "well-rounded" kinda introductory class. When you get to Master's/PhD, you'll take mostly classes only about that one subject. They're good to know about so you'll know if there is a field of psych you'd be interested in.Kain wrote:Been subbed to those forever dude.
