What is the posting bar?

I just can't quite figure out what the fuck its supposed to do

We make bonus LGG whenever it gets filled in a 24 hour period or something like that.

You get double LGG for every post you make.

The number on the left is the number of posts made in the last 24 hours.

If the number on the left exceeds the number on the right, everyone gets twice as much LGG per post that they make.
