Do any places hire teenagers with little-to-no experience?
Looking for a job where I don't need much experience and dont have to be in direct contact with customers like face to face.
I have never done any job searching before so I can't imagine how hard it is or where to look

Idk. If you're looking for a convenient store job or restaurant, then that stuff is pretty much required. Why wouldn't you want to make contact with the customers face to face?

Or you could try like a boxing/moving stuff position or something. Not entirely sure.

I can make the worst situations talking to people i dont know
maybe its a good way to practice though

Not at all. A kitchen normally works in levels, your dishwashers being the lowest on the totem pole. If you try hard enough, they will promote you to other positions.

They normally go:
Dish
Prep
Pantry
Fry cook
Saute
Grill
Expo
Manager

If you want I can be a reference on your resume/write you a recommendation letter. It might help a bit.

and TBH; prep cooks are the easy jobs. You don't have to rush >_> and it's all relaxed.

Getting a dish washing job is insanely easy. They are constantly firing those lil drug addicts.

How about retail? Eg. Topshop etc

I have friends irl who have joined TS as a part timer without any experience in Singapore, not too sure about where you live though.

lol I don't think I live near any Topshop because my sister always complains about not being able to go to it...

Honestly getting into retail as a part timer isn't difficult, you just have to know how to greet people and fold some clothes I guess? Being a cashier doesn't require you any experience as well ((correct me if I'm wrong)) I used to work at one of those froyo stores during my holidays. You could possibly try Uniqlo if there's one near you? You can email them or just visit the store itself and ask if they're hiring or something, at least that's what my friend's did. Good luck :3
