What kind of people follow you? I dont want to jave shitty ass ugly people following me on instagram i might buy 100 from this one website but I'm not sure

People who either had their account hacked or accounts made by bots.

Also shitty sites that make you follow 5 people to get 50 people to follow you. All it is would be everyone following everyone else. It brings your number up...but in a rather pyramid scheme sorta way.
