Unfortunately, The Cheat and iHaxGamez have no speed hack feature so I've spent the past hour trying to figure out how. (i have mac =D)

Simple Method.

Cheat Engine :
Once open Get firefox/IE/Whatever browser you got located
Put Speedhack on.
Put to .5
Then when you wanna go slow do .1
Fast 10.0

What I do. Works fine.
