You should start being nice to her.. and stuff....

Believe it or not... some women want a douche well the stuck up and materialistic ones anyways.
Or the dumb ones who are to blind to see the guy is a asshole. Then the ones who think they can change him.

If she doesn't want to go out ask her to hang out just as friends, if its casual it will be easier for her to go with it. Granted it may take a while for anything to happen or nothing might ever happen that depends on you and if you think she is worth it.
