I can take gaming if needed as it doesn't look like anyone's modding that one.
I just think we need to keep on top of the SEO spam posts. There's a handful of them in Art and programming. I've banned a few of them but their posts clog up the "recent posts" section and if they don't get deleted they get SEO benefits for the domains they link to and free advertisement, albeit not very much as none of us would click on it but it still.

AFAIK that could happen any day. No clue who owns the server it’s on. I’m reaching out to all the ex admins trying to figure that out. So I’m expanding staff, in the event this place does go down it’ll go out with a bang damn it. Lol.

That's a sad thought. I don't suppose you've got the ability in the admin area to make a back up of some sort? I'm not familiar with the kind of features available but if that's possible, in the event it did go down permanently we could restore it on a new server if needed. It wouldn't be ideal but it would at least be reliable and we wouldn't be living in fear that it would go down again for a long period of time like last year.

Also no idea who is running it. I talked to Artificial and he certainly does not, he was surprised to see it online again

I just checked whois to see if there was a listed owner but it seems that information is being masked by godaddy. You can pay extra when purchasing a domain to use your registrar's details instead of your own so your information isn't available to the public (to stop unsolicited emails and phone calls). If it's not listed on whois it's not likely that they would provide any sort of information unfortunately.

That would be GAMEchief I believe. I'm not sure if he's the owner or not though. I just assumed Arti was still the owner and that Charles was a regular Admin. I figured his name/email was on the splash screen because he was the only active admin for a time. I do recall trying to emailing him once after the site was down for a month or so and not receiving a response.
I just looked on the Discord and one of the last messages on there from him last year said that he needed to get Arti to put the database on auto-reboot to try to resolve the issue.

He went MIA before he could send me the full file structure in addition to the database. I just assumed the site was dead so I’m actually really confused. Just to be clear Alex wished to distance himself from LG since he grew up and just doesn’t interest him anymore. So just to be clear, Alex does not own the domain or the server of LG. Neither do I but I want to keep our group together. We had so much fun being idiot teenagers together.

I could be imagining it but was he the guy that made the OG fishing bots for Gaia? I think I vaguely remember using a bot named "Terry's fishing bot" or something along those lines back in the day? Or maybe it's someone completely different with the same name haha.
In either case I can't say I've had any contact with him so sorry I can't be any help.
