[RELEASE] Nexon Account Creator.

Ok, I failed at making a gaiaonline one, Beacuse of the new login page but it is still in progress, In till then i am releasing my Nexon Account Creator. Very simple set up, Nothing advance. Hope you guys use it. This is for Nexon use olny.

Please excuse the typo in download link. Its Nexon not Nexton.
