Maple story help

I downloaded the patch last night and then I go to play and it says I have no characters when I know I have two. Does anyone know what happened?

You're probably mistaken for the wrong server, or the wrong account.

I know it's the right account.
It might be the server thing but I clicked the all characters button.

Maplestory patched itself, I logged on and can't find my characters.
