Well im selling in fourms, and i gotta get this item fast, and when I go to sell something, the person who was selling it beforeme keeps on trying to post the item infront of mine so theirs buys.

It's because they know you need the gold right then and there. You see the MP is like a store; the prices stay roughly the same with a few competing prices. However the Exchange forum is like a pawn shop. They will constantly haggle down. The Exchange forums is a place for skilled sellers who know how to keep the prices high and the shoppers happy to pay that price.
